To celebrate this season of renewal, the charming town of Mount Pleasant will be putting on the SA Spring Garden Festival this Saturday. The garden extravaganza will include everything from garden stalls to garden-themed talks, live entertainment, a raffle, workshops and a free nature trail for kids. The SA Spring Garden Festival takes place from 8am to 3pm on Saturday, September 21, with tickets $12 online or $15 per adult at the gate, while children under 16 are free.

Theatre with a message

Directed by Corey McMahon and featuring a star-studded cast including the likes of Simon Chandler, Tamara Lee, Emily Liu and Anna Steen, this production shines a light on the struggles of mental illness.
