Berry, avocado and banana ice pops
serves 4
1 avocado, peeled and de-seeded
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup berries of choice (I used blueberries and mulberries)
4 tbsp raw honey
½ tsp flake salt
In a food processor, blitz all ingredients. You can blitz until smooth, or keep it textural. Strain excess seeds if preferred. Pour into ice block moulds with stick inserted and allow to freeze.
