Dancing into the future as Bedford’s Gala celebrates turning 80
Fun and frivolity are guaranteed at the 2025 Bedford Gala, as the organisation marks 80 years of supporting South Australians living with disability.
Returning to the Adelaide Convention Centre on Saturday 3 May, the 2025 Bedford Gala will be the biggest yet, with vibrant and memorable entertainment, quality food and wine experiences and powerful client stories from across the state.
Guests will celebrate this year’s theme, 80 Years of Opportunity, with a journey through Bedford’s history and a look to the future creating more jobs, opportunities and pathways for people with disability.
Recognised as a national leader in the disability employment and training sector, Bedford provides services across 22 sites in South Australia.
The organisation is Australia’s second largest employer of disability and is transforming the landscape of disability employment and services through its social enterprise initiatives and partnerships to support skills building, learning and new experiences.
The Bedford Gala, first launched in 2023, is its flagship fundraising event.
Ticket sales and funds raised from the evening via a live auction, silent auction, raffle, wine wall and lottery will support South Australians living with disability to live the life they choose.
Bedford CEO, Myron Mann said he was “thrilled” to launch the 2025 Gala after an exceptional response from the 2024 event.
“80 Years of Opportunity is more than just a theme,” Mann said.
“It’s a reflection of Bedford’s ongoing commitment to innovate and transform.
This Gala is an invitation to join us as we celebrate our journey with a truly fabulous party with purpose.”
The Gala will offer guests a 3-course dinner, drinks package and wonderful evening of entertainment, as well as the opportunity to directly support and learn more about Bedford’s future pathway.
Tickets can be purchased individually or as tables of 10.
