Social media sensation and cookbook author Steph de Sousa, best known for her platform Steph Cooks Stuff, will host a live cooking demonstration at the Salisbury Community Hub on May 15.

Steph will be sharing some of her favourite budget-friendly meals from her latest cookbook, Easy Dinner Queen. She’ll also talk about the inspiration behind her books and answer questions from the audience.

Steph has 2.7 million followers across her platforms, Easy Recipe Gang and The Frugal Foodie, where she shares simple recipes “from all walks of life”.

Salisbury Mayor Gillian Aldridge says, “we’re excited to welcome Steph de Sousa, who will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on our community with her passion for cooking, shared knowledge, and an event that is affordable, entertaining, and educational”.
